FNP Shanghai Co. Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of FNP Canada Limited, a company based in Burlington, Ontario Canada and majority owned by FELLFAB Limited Limited, and JNE Consulting Ltd., both privately held firms. FNP Shanghai maintains an office in Shanghai Centre under the direction of general manager, Ms. Mona Luo.

FNP Shanghai was created and funded in 2004 to serve two primary functions. The first was to provide a channel for marketing the entire range of engineered solutions, advanced technology and innovative products from FELLFAB Limited Limited and JNE to clients in China. Additionally, the company was established to identify and explore opportunities for equity participation in growth-oriented Chinese businesses that would benefit from the operational, engineering and technology resources and expertise within FELLFAB Limited Limited and JNE Consulting. FNP Shanghai and FNP Canada have entered into a strategic agreement with Beijing Aircraft Carpet Co. Ltd. This represents an important and beneficial step for FNP and BAC. This transaction, involves an investment by FNP and grants, under corporate constitution protection, the exclusive rights for FNP to market BAC products in North America.

Additionally, American Airlines Maintenance Services has partnered with FNP Shanghai to service the Airlines of China. The association with FNP has allowed American Airlines to expand and vertically integrate their product offering, and maintenance services to ensure that they continue to offer their customers the best quality products and services at the most competitive prices.( AmericanAirlines's anouncement )

FNP Shanghai with the support of FNP Canada is a proactive investor, and is able to substantially expand markets outside of China for its strategic partners. FNP will make available the knowledge and processes required to upgrade and standardize operations for their strategic partners to meet international criteria.
